Adequate Stay with Minor Drawbacks

The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from other rooms. I also noticed the television did not work. I reported this on the first day, but it was not fixed during my entire stay.. I found this particularly annoying after a long day. I expected more channels.

excellent stay!

the staff was quite good. i loved that this place is in a quieter area of the city. the location was amazing, close to a tram and bus stop (convenient for getting around!). plus, it was an easy walk to the city center.
the weather was a little too warm (i visited in july, i think). it was hard to cool down the room at night, and i would have liked some ac.

the hotel's location is definitely a highlight, close to tram and bus stops. this location allowed for easy access to many points of interest. plus, there's ample choice of places to eat in the neighborhood.

my double room was super clean, contributing to a comfortable experience. i liked that i had twin beds since i was travelling with my son. the beds were comfortable and provided a restful sleep each night.

i received a warm welcome, and the staff were willing to assist with questions. they were helpful with directions and other requests (like extra pillows!). the hospitality of the hotel staff.
